The first of our ‘eco-luxe’ homes at Waterbank is now on the market!

Coppice the first of six properties, is now available for a guide price of £3 million.

located off Heybridge Lane in a historic woodland setting, the two-storey, five-bedroom homes feature dual-aspect living areas, primary and secondary kitchens, expansive master bedroom suites with walk-in dressing rooms, balconies, loggias, and luxury ensuites. First Homes with “Tri-Brid” Heating Systems

Waterbank is the first generation of Altin Homes properties to feature “tri-brid” heating systems. A trio made up of, Vaillant aroTHERM air source heat pumps, Valliant gas boilers, and solar panels. These all work together to make Waterbank homes some of the most energy-efficient, sustainable, and smart luxury properties on the market.

The properties are estimated to cost just £150 per month in utility bills thanks to the tri-brid system, which can choose the most cost-efficient energy source based on real-time tariffs.

A less efficient property of the same size would typically cost more than double the cost to run on a standard boiler system.
