Our upcoming development, Waterbank in Prestbury is now underway, with completion expected on five luxury homes by 2023.

Located on Heybridge Lane, a short walk away from the heart of the village, this beautiful new community will be snapped up by families looking for countryside living, without missing out on the luxuries of the city.

Prestbury – Cheshire’s Golden Triangle

Prestbury is one of the UK’s most desirable postcodes, alongside neighbouring villages, Alderley Edge and Wilmslow.

Dubbed the Cheshire Golden Triangle, these areas regularly top ‘Best places to live in the UK’ lists.

While Prestbury narrowly misses out as one of the top highest value areas in Cheshire, Waterbank is sure to help move the village a few places up the list.

Lush and leafy

The word used most often used to describe Prestbury is ‘picturesque’, and we don’t think anyone could disagree. Sat alongside the River Bollin, Prestbury is surrounding by lush greenery, with plenty of scenic walks just outside the village.

If you don’t fancy a two-hour walk around Prestbury, you can stay in the village and admire the architectural gems. Well-preserved Tudor architecture, and the Grade-I listed St. Peter’s Church are its centre are particular highlights.

Indulge yourself

The idea of village life and the potential to be cut off from the luxuries of city living may terrify some people. However, Prestbury has no shortage of opportunities for indulgence.

The jewel in Prestbury’s shopping crown is luxury second-hand clothing boutique, Dress. Alongside menswear spot, Stephen Muldoon Bespoke, and home and gifts shop, Rococo, a village shopping spree is definitely on the cards.

A night in the village

The village has plenty of eating and drinking establishments to keep even the biggest foodies happy.

Tapas bar, Lilac Cottage, has a brand-new, very Instagrammable secret garden to accommodate outdoor eating. Decorated with twinkling lights and colourful florals, and kitted out with plenty of heaters, it’s the perfect place to start your Prestbury night out.

There are an array of other options for those not in the mood for tapas. For more classic pub offerings you can visit The Bridge, or enjoy modern Italian cuisine at The Coast, which is Prestbury’s very own slice of the Amalfi Coast.

On top of all that Prestbury has to offer, it’s also beloved by residents for its strong sense of community – village life with a city feel.
