Property development company, Altin Homes, has submitted plans for an exclusive development of seven detached family homes on Middlewich Road in Holmes Chapel.
The proposed development is on the site of an existing property, Bank Farm House.
Altin Homes is an award-winning property developer, well respected in south Manchester for the many quality homes they have built over the last 12 years.
If approved, the Holmes Chapel development will form part of the company’s Bijou Collection. These are stunning, contemporary family homes boasting a high level of internal specification, with many features taken from the luxury mansions for which Altin Homes is well known.
Such is the attention to detail and level of specification in these properties that the company’s very first Bijou Collection in Timperley won them a prestigious What House? award for Best House in 2015.
Explaining the concept, managing director of Altin Homes, Mohammad Khoy said, “With the Bijou Collection we are aiming to get as many features into the properties as we can – rather than see what little we can get away with.
“We are not a volume builder. We are privately owned and, as such, take a different approach. It’s an approach that supports creativity. We are immensely proud of the attention to detail that we lavish on each of our homes.
“It starts with the design of the homes and runs through the selection of building materials and finishes and, of course, interior space planning and specification.
“When we design homes, we pay particular attention to modern day family life, ensuring that they have open plan living spaces but also quiet spaces for enjoying a good book or catching up on a favourite box set.
“A home has to be beautiful but it also has to be functional, and that’s what we build.”
A decision from the planners is expected next month. For more information, contact Altin Homes on 0161 929 9681.
