It’s been an incredible year for Altin Homes and we’re thrilled that two of our most recent developments have won prestigious awards over the last 12 months.
No.1 Hilltop, our £5.5m development in Hale, is possibly our most ambitious to date, so it’s no surprise that it made a splash this year with a number of award nominations.
The prestigious, single unit project, located on one of the most sought-after locations in Cheshire, led us to double victory in 2018.
We attended the UK Property Awards in November, where we picked up the prize for Best Residential Property in Cheshire. Three weeks later, the scheme was named as the Best Residential Property in the UK at the International Property Awards.
No.1 Hilltop also made the shortlist for Amazing Residential Space at the Northern Design Awards 2018. Fantastic recognition for the development!
There was cause for celebration back in May when our exquisite Sale development, The Place, scooped the top prize for Project of the Year (between £5 and £10 million) at the Grafter’s Awards.
The Place, made up of 24 four and five bedroom houses, is a part of the Altin Homes Bijou collection – an extremely high specification offering. Every home in this scheme is now sold out.
