Property development company, Altin Homes, has had its most successful year ever, with new properties worth a total of £13.8 million. It is already planning further exciting developments later this year to secure its future growth.
The company’s recent achievements have included the development of No. 1 Hilltop, a stunning £5.5 million property located in one of South Manchester’s most desirable areas. The property, which has a second-floor luxury leisure suite with a swimming pool and sauna, has won a United Kingdom Property Award.
Another major success has been the Bank Grove Farm development in Holmes Chapel – six high-specification, two-storey family homes that form part of the ‘Bijou Collection’. These have a lavish but contemporary styling, based on the larger mansions from which Altin Homes first gained its reputation.

But Altin Homes isn’t resting on its laurels. It has already purchased a further site in Cheshire and is in discussion with planners about its potential development.
