A striking element of the house is the positioning on the swimming pool at the second floor. This was done to reduce the footprint at ground floor, maximising the ground floor accommodation.
It also makes best use of the highly prized land values, creating a stunning master bedroom suite reminiscent of a 7-star hotel suite.
No. 1 Hilltop is built using the highest quality materials, including facing brickwork, stone and a slate roof, which are consistent with the vernacular style of buildings in the locale.
