Altrincham property developer, Altin Homes, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Northern Design Awards 2017, for their stunning residential development, The Place in Sale.
The awards cover twenty two categories, bringing together the work of property developers, architects, designers, landscape architects and retailers.
Altin Homes is a finalist in the competitive Residential Development category.
Judges for this year’s awards include renowned British fashion designer Wayne Hemingway, television’s Linda Barker and Chairperson of RIBA Northwest, Ewen Miller.
Altin Homes is well-known for their developments across South Manchester where they have established a reputation for striking contemporary design and a high-specification finish.
The Place is a luxury development of 24, four and five-bedroom homes, designed by Manchester architects, Calderpeel.
