We are delighted to announce that our Sale development, The Place, has won a prestigious United Kingdom Property Award in the Residential Development category for Cheshire.
The UK Property Award is part of the International Property Awards, now in their 26th year. These awards continue to attract property professionals from around the world and are renowned for celebrating high quality residential and commercial properties.
We recently attended a gala dinner in London where our Design Director, Yousef Mousavi and Technical Manager, Ali Mostoufi were presented with the award by Hannah Davies from sponsor, Bentley Motors and Stuart Shield, president and founder of the awards.
The independent judging panel for the awards was made up of 70 industry experts with a focus on a range of areas including design, quality, innovation and sustainability.
Commenting on the award success, Yousef said “It was a real honour to attend the gala event to collect our award. We are very proud of the luxury family homes we have built at The Place.
